I have admired this wall hanging for years, and finally purchased it. This is a terrific kit EXCEPT that I ran out of gold sequins, and more than 1/2 of the beads had holes too small for the needle to pass through. I bought beads and sequins at Michael's in order to finish the product.
I haven't quite finished making this but I'm about 90% along and it's going to be a great addition to our Christmas decorations. If you are familiar with Bucilla kits, this is no more difficult than any of them -- and less difficult than some other "soft sculpture" kits of theirs. If you are new to felt crafts, I wouldn't recommend starting with this one, but rather a simple stocking with larger pieces. I think the instructions for this kit assume that you're a veteran of many of their kits.
Beautifull item it is what i expect, but the only things is that i didn't understood that i habe to do it because my original leanguage is not english, but i m going to do brcause is realy beautigull.
This looks complicated, but was actually easier to make than some of the stockings. again the directions are not as clear as could me, some felt is very thin, but this was easy and fun to make. the gold floss was barley enough, but worked okay.
Kit arrived quickly and as usual it is easy to work on and an adorable item upon completion. Can't wait to see it displayed this Christmas.
