I actually didn't buy these as yard ornaments, and I don't think they would stand up very well as such if you had any kind of weather at all. However, they are fabulous as indoor decorations! I used the big one as a tree topper (long story...) and the other two as part of other Christmas decoration displays around the house. They were my favorite additions for the year. The one on the tree was particularly stunning, and I have never before found a tree topper I liked. I got several compliments. I'm definitely happy with these, and the price was great.
One of the reasons for picking these over a similar item was that the power cords are all separate. You can string them together if you need to, or you could connect them inline with a string of lights. The cords are fairly lightweight, which is one reason I would be concerned about putting them outside. The boxes themselves are also not heavy. If you have wind, they might end up as a present in someone else's yard!
The lights are nicely distributed and they make the packages look all sparkly. I definitely recommend these!
Nothing but " Excellent" remarks from family and friends who visited my home over the holiday season! The boxes came wrapped ready to use. Beautifully added a perfect display to the bottom of my Tree adding a wonderful lite to all of the wrapped presents! I plan to give these as "Gifts"
Surprised a dear friend with these for Christmas. She had seen some very similar at a friends house, felt that they old cost a fortune, found them here very reasonable. She was thrilled and I was too.
Nicely made and were durable during some winter weather, but I thought they would be brighter. They looked nice on the front lawn, but they were very bright.
